Community Action Partnership of SLO County (CAPSLO) has put out an urgent request for supplies during the cold weather to be donated to the 40 Prado Homeless Services Center.  If you are interested, please bring any of the below listed items to our Tuesday morning meeting on January 28th. Community Services Director, Eric Griffith will also be collecting cash donations and delivering everything to 40 Prado. 
 
  • Most needed - warm/heavy blankets
  • New (or cleaned) bedding for twin beds (fitted & top sheets, quilts, heavy blankets, and pillows/pillowcases)
  • Large backpacks, tents, and sleeping bags
  • New (or cleaned) socks and new (or cleaned) winter or work gloves
  • Rain gear/ponchos/umbrellas
  • Warm clothing (pants/sweatpants, sweaters and coats)
  • Gift cards for gas, clothing and food
  • Coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, instant noodle soup
